WILLIAM P. WARREN 
Orders father to pay medical expenses for his child, that are in direct
relation to the Rockland County Family Courts Actions.

NOTES:

1: Father ( never married) is disabled and has no income other than Social Security.

2: Mother already receives $200 month for child support.

3: Mother also receives $650.00 from social security for expenses from fathers benefits.

4: One more thing, Warren tells the father that he will not be given any legal counsel,
because he has a home. Warren tells father to sell his home if he wants any legal assistance.

William P Warren states that the father has 2 months to come up with $850.00.
The " Un-Godly, Evil, Corrupt" Rockland County Family Court encourages
criminal activity by parents to pay money that should not be paid.

This will now get the District Attorney involved -
spending even more of your tax dollars.

Too date Rockland County has spent
about $2,000,000.00 on my family court case.

The father has lost over 1 Million dollars.

And this is all in the " Best interest of the Child", as per the LAW.

HERE WE GO AGAIN

After 10 years of " Parental Alienation " and " Psychological Abuse" to my child by the

Rockland County Family Court, Rockland County Legal Aide Society and my child's mother.

I am now disabled and on social services.

The Rockland County Family Court now orders me to pay for therapy for my child ( remember I have no income) for the Damages caused by the above.

Guess we will see what happens in court on December 16th 2008.

Note that the Corrupt Legal Aid Society of Rockland County ( 845-634-3627) has considerably contributed to the damages to my child's health. And they refuse to represent me ( a disabled American Citizen) because they are in bed with the Rockland County Family Court.

When I went to vote today I realized why our system is in such a mess.

I had no Idea that Family Court Judge William P. Warren was running for re-election. 

His Name was on all slots, nobody was running against him.

FATHER DENIED 2007 SEVEN DAYS  SUMMER VACATION - BECAUSE HE BROUGHT HIS SON TO A BASEBALL GAME - THEM COURT TAKES AWAY ALL WEEK END VISITS FOR 6 MONTHS.  ( 10 YEARS OF CHILD ABUSE BY THE FAMILY COURT).

COURT ORDER OF JANUARY 2007 - OVER 13 MONTHS AGO

Mother still REFUSES to abide to order dated January 30th 2007.

Who has been notified :

1: Judge - William P Warren
2: Law Guardian - Jackie Sands
3: Her Attorney - David Stein

What Has Been Done - 

- ABSOLUTELY NOTHING -

- MILLIONS OF YOUR TAX DOLLARS WAISTED 
AND USED TO ABUSE CHILDREN - 

Received a letter today from Rockland County Family Court - Judge William P Warrens assistant.

The letter dated February 4th 2008, was to David Stein ( her attorney) telling him to please submit court papers that were due 2 months ago. 

It Should be noted that she has not been in compliance for over a year now. And this has been going on for 10 YEARS.

My 10 year old son still calls me by my first name because he is so confused and damaged by what the Rockland County Family Court has done too him.

- GOD BLESS THE ROCKLAND COUNTY FAMILY COURT - 

OK it's been 2 months after Court. Most of my parental Time was given back, and all my Parental Time will be given back as of April 2008.

Remember, I lost 80% of my Parental Time for 6 months because I would not five up 2 hours of my time. (?????? ) That is correct, not a typo!

Since court on 11-19-2007 what has happened:
1: The Court has a LEGAL time frame as to when a court order needs to be completed and signed.

THIS HAS NOT BEEN DONE -IT IS A LEGAL LOOPHOLE ALLOWING A PARENT TO NOT ABIDE TO A COURT ORDER ( AGREEMENT) BECAUSE A COURT ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SIGNED. ALLOWING THE PARENT TO CONTINUE TO BE IN VIOLATION OF A COURT AGREEMENT / ORDER FOR MONTHS POSSIBLY YEARS.

2: The law Guardian ( LEGAL AID SOCIETY OF ROCKLAND COUNTY - JACKIE SANDS - 845-634-3627) is supposed to follow up and ensure that the child is in compliance with the court orders.

NOT DONE, NO REPLY, REFUSES TO CONTACT ME BACK ABOUT THE COURT ORDER THAT IS BEING VIOLATED. BEST GUESS IS BECAUSE EVERYTHING THAT SHE HAS TOLD THE COURT HAS BEEN A LIE AND IF THE CHILD WAS IN THERAPY THE THERAPIST WOULD VERIFY THIS, AS BEFORE. SO SHE IS NOT ENFORCING THE ORDER AND WOULD RATHER TAKE THE CHILD AWAY, FOR NO GOOD REASON THAN DO HER JOB AND ENSURE THE " BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILD". 

3: I have contacted the court on several occasions and asked what is going on, please correct the matter.

NO REPLIES !! As of 01-31-2008, looks like we are going back to court, and I will be accused off ( Making Trouble - As Jackie Sands calls it) because I want to enforce my rights and my child's rights.

Today I go to Family Court again, as much fun as walking into a snake pit.

Since it is almost Thanksgiving, I think about what has the 
Rockland County Family Court done for me since 1998.

Will anything change today when I leave the
Rockland County Family Courthouse, if they let me leave, we shall see.

I went to Washington DC this past week to check out the " SOLAR DECATHLON ( http://www.solardecathlon.org )  -  and I wanted to bring my son, but the Rockland County Family Court decided that I should not have my son, much better for him to sit at home and watch cartoons then be educated on solar and future renewable energy. 

My point is that while I was there I had to take a trip to WALMART ( I hate Wallmart - Reminds me of  the trade deficit and millions of lost American jobs),  but it was late and I forgot my sneakers and toothpaste at home in NY.

While I was waiting in line to pay for my sneakers, the young girl in front of me was buying diapers and milk for her baby, and you could tell that she was hardly able to afford these essentials with the change that she had, I almost and probably should have paid for her, but was concerned of insulting her.

What came to mind was the 100's of thousands of dollars that Rockland County has spent to keep me from my child without any cause or reason.

This continual violation of my Constitutional Rights of Life Liberty and Happiness has been the norm for the family court for the past 10 years.

While the children of America go hungry, the Family Courts just keep spending money, destroying lives and families and creating many hungry children.

GOD BLESS THE ROCKLAND COUNTY FAMILY COURT - IT NEEDS IT.
