I HOPE THAT IT DOES NOT GO AS FAR AS COURT -
CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT THE $$6100 WAS FOR ??
BILL SAYS THAT HE ( PLANNING BOARD) SPENT A LOT OF TIME ON THE PROJECT.
IT WAS THE SAME SITE PLAN THAT WAS SUBMITTED AND DENIED IN 2003.
ALL THE WORK WAS ALREADY DONE - BEFORE I GAVE HIM $6100
TO HAVE ZUGIBY SEEK SPECIAL USE PERMIT FROM TOWN BOARD IN 2007.
THEN THE PLAN WAS PULLED AFTER ZUGIBY COULD NOT REPRESENT ME AFTER
HE BECAME THE D.A..
1: LOOK AT THE PLANS THAT WERE DENIED
2: THEN LOOK AT THE PLANS THAT HE STATES HE SPENT LOTS OF TIME ON.
SAME PLAN - MAYBE A CURB WAS MOVED - BUT NOT $6100.00
BASICALLY BILL JUST DOES NOT WANT TO GIVE BACK THE MONEY -
I NOTE ONLY 2 PLANNING BOARD MEETINGS AFTER I PAID $6100.00
BECAUSE THE PLANS WERE DONE ALREADY.
THEN IT WENT TO TOWN BOARD FOR SU PERMIT.
YOU AND I HAVE ACCESS TO BOTH SETS OF PLANS - LOOK AT THEM
YOU DECIDE
I DO NOT EXPECT TO GET ALL MY MONEY BACK - BUT I WILL NOT SIT BACK
AND HAVE IT STUCK TO ME EITHER.
THIS IS NOT YOUR FAULT THAT THE PLANNING BOARD IS OUT OF TOUCH.
I GUESS THEY THOUGHT THAT I WOULD NEVER WANT MY MONEY BACK.

This is a reply from the Supervisor of the Town of Stony Point about the below matter, and my response:
I have no idea what he is talking about, I do not think he knows what he is talking about.

03-31-2009 - UPDATE
To the Town of Stony Point Board Members
I have currently submitted a plan to repair my building and am awaiting reply.
I have also received a copy of a reply from Bill Sheehan stating that the Town Planning Board " NEVER DENIED "
Eric Knights plans. While the Building Inspector now states that Eric Knights Plans were never denied, he does not
mention that the " USE " was denied. The entire project was based on the " USE" and the Planning Board new
throughout the entire process of the intended " USE".
So to say that the plan was not denied - but deny the " USE ", that was submitted with the plans is either blatantly
pure incompetence or at the least an outright lie.
While Eric Knight spent his life savings to create a business in the Town of Stony Point, he was misled by the Town planning
department and was lied to about obtaining such a business and use. Attorney Nelson Hood stated to Eric Knight that the
Town Planning Board had " LIED TO HIM " and all he could do was sue the town.

It should be noted that Eric Knight believes that he was billed twice to review the same plan, thus
allowing the Planning Board to drain most of the escrow that he had deposited with same.

To the Stony Point Town Board Members,
I have submitted a request to be reimbursed for fees that I have paid to obtain a permit to repair my building located at: 141 North Liberty Drive, Stony Point NY 10980.
I hope that you will refund me the amount requested so I can begin repairing the building ASAP.
Without such refund it will take me a lot longer to do the repairs.
I am including with this email / web page a copy of same request that was submitted to the Town on 03-27-2009.
